Pakistan seals runners-up spot in International Girls Netball

Pakistan Netball team outplayed Malaysia by 2-0 to secure the runners-up position in the International Youth Girls Netball Series at Kallang Netball Centre in Singapore.

Pakistan’s fourteen member girls Netball team outshines Malaysia in a one sided encounter by 2-0 and secured the runners-up position in the International Youth Girls Netball Series at Kallang Netball Centre in Singapore. 

This event featured teams from Singapore, Malaysia and Pakistan where Pakistan defeated Malaysia by 2-0 and secured the runners-up position while Singapore defeated Pakistan by 2-1 to secure the first spot.

Pakistan’s young girls namely Hafsa, Qirat, Mahin Aleem, Laiba Zulfiqar, Hamna, Zainab, Shehzeen Fatima, Arshiya, Yumna Sultani, Insia Fazal Abbas and Isha Saad displayed superb skills and competitive spirit in the event.

Cyrus Medora, Secretary General of the Asian Netball Federation CEO Netball Singapore graced the final ceremony as chief guest and distributed the trophies, medals and certificates among the players.PNF chairman Zafar Iqbal Awan and president Mudassar Arain were also present on the occasion.
