WAPDA set Army in National Table Tennis Championship final
Defending champions WAPDA and Army seals the berth of team finals in 54th National Table Tennis Championship at Majeed Khan Gymnasium, Islamia Club.
In the Men’s team event, top seed WAPDA thrashed National Highway Authority (NHA) 3-0 while the second seed Army send packing Higher Education Commission (HEC) by 3-0 in the second semifinal.
Story was exactly the same in women’s team event where top seeded WAPDA overpowered Punjab 3-0 in the first semifinal and the second seed Army came victorious against Sindh 3-0 in the second semifinal.
Final of both Men and Women team event will be played tomorrow at 5:00pm.
