Malir Dragons routs Orangi Hunter in KSL t20 match

Batting first, Malir Dragons puts 161 runs on the board for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted 20 overs. Arslan Bashir was the highest scorer from Dragons, he scored 43 runs while Arslan Farzand 33, Hafiz M. Jaseem and Hamza Qadir 32 each were the other main scorers from Malir Dragons. Arif Khan picked up 2 wickets while Fawad Khan, Sajid and Rehman got 1 wicket each from Orangi Hunters.

In reply, Hunters were bowled out on 139 runs in 18.5 overs and Malir Dragons won the match by 22 runs. Arif Khan 29, Zafar Ali 19 not out and Rehan Tanoli were top scorers from Hunters. Toheed Khan thrashed the Orangi Hunter’s line up and he took 4 wickets for 22 runs while Salman Khan and Rao Sajid picked up 2 wickets each from Malir Hunters.

Two matches are scheduled for today. In the first match, Liyari Riders to play against Saddar Strikers at 4:00pm while Korangi Fighters vie against Gulshan Tigers in the second match at 8:00pm tonight. Geo Super will live telecast the matches.
