Tayyab, Nasir, Israr, Amaad in semis of Pakistan International Squash Tournament 2020

Seasoned Nasir Iqbal overpowered second seed Asim Khan to storm into the semi-final of Pakistan International Squash Tournament 2020 at Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad.

26-year-old, Nasir, who is in a race to recapture his place at the top of the rankings, overpowered Asim Khan to storm into the semi-final of Pakistan International Squash Tournament 2020 at Mushaf Squash Complex, Islamabad.

Former world no. 35, Nasir, defeated second seed Asim comfortably in a four-games match. Nasir, who has recently won 8th connective satellite international events, just took 42 minutes to overpowered Asim Khan with the final score line of 11-9, 11-2, 7-11, 11-5.

Meanwhile, Pakistan number one squash player Tayyab Aslam, Israr Ahmed and Amaad Fareed also moved into semifinals.

While, Amna Fayyaz, Madina Zafar, Moqaddas Ashraf and Faiza Zafar also entered the semifinals of the women event. All of them registered straight sets victories against their respective rivals.
