National Beach Handball Club League 2019 commences today
Five top ranked clubs of the country and Afghanistan's Handball Team are to participate in this four-day National Beach Handball Club League 2019 which will begin today and will continue till 2nd May at International Sand Court of University of Agriculture in Faisalabad.
Pakistan Handball Federation is all set to organize, yet another mega handball event, which has been named as "National Beach Handball Club League" into the current year. This championship will feature a total of about six (6) teams belonging to the leading five clubs of the nation and Afghanistan's Handball Team.
Players from their respective teams will be seen competing with all their might so as to earn the ultimate title of the league for their team. Participating clubs are: Sohaib Handball Club, Lyallpur Tiger Handball Club, National Handball Club of Pakistan, Chishtian Handball Club and Misaq Handball Club.
The participating six (6) teams have been divided into 2 pools. Pool A comprises of: Sohaib Handball Club, Lyallpur Tiger Handball Club and Chishtian Handball Club while Pool B includes: National Handball Club of Pakistan, Misaq Handball Club and Afghanistan's Handball Team.
Sohaib Handball Club of Faisalabad is the defending champion and all the matches will be day and night affairs.
The first match will be played between Sohaib Handball Club and Misaq Handball Club at 05:30 PM sharp while Afghanistan's Handball Team and Lyallpur Tiger Handball Club will battle for the win in the second clash for the day at 06:15 PM. Third match will have National Handball Club of Pakistan and Chishtian Handball Club teams fighting for the win at 07:00 PM and Sohaib Handball Club and Afghanistan's Handball Team will face each other in the last encounter for the opening day at 07:45 PM.
