Sindh Whites & Greens win Kashmir Day Sepaktakraw Championship 2019

Kashmir Day Sepaktakraw Championship 2019 concluded successfully with Sindh Whites and Sindh Greens teams claiming the championship at North Karachi Gymkhana in Karachi.

Sindh Sepaktakraw Association in collaboration with Pakistan Sepaktakraw Federation organized the Kashmir Day Sepaktakraw Championship 2019 in several teams belonging to different areas of the city participated and the players from their respective teams were seen competing with all their power over each other so as to win the ultimate title of the championship.

Players from Sindh Whites' team etched their name on the top spot as they were declared the winners of the boys’ event while Sindh Greens' girls team did not stay any behind and claimed the first position as they won the title of the girls’ event.

In boys’ event, Sindh Whites defeated Sindh Greens 21-10, 16-21, 21-15 in the final while Sindh Blues overpowered Sindh Reds 21-18, 21-9 to claim the third place in the event. Whereas in the final of the girls’ event, Sindh Greens out-scored Sindh Whites team by 21-15, 21-10.

Mehfooz Yar Kahn Ex. MPA (Member of Provincial Assembly Sindhi) was the honorable chief guest on this occasion along with Ahmed Ali Rajput, Associate Secretary General Pakistan Olympic Association, Noushad Ahmed Khan, Secretary General Pakistan Sepaktakraw Federation, Shabbir Ahmed, President Sindh Sepaktakraw Association, Dr. Muhammad Arif Hafeez, Chairman Sindh Sepaktakraw Association, Muhammad Taqi, Executive Member Sindh Olympic Association, Engr. Arif Waheed Khan, Syed Abdul Basit, Organizing Secretary of the championship.
