Noor Zaman thrash 3rd seeded Rashid to move into KP junior Squash Final
Noor Zaman defeated third seeded Rashid Doulat by 3-1 to move into the final of National Bank KP junior Squash Championship 2018 at PAF Hashim Khan Squash Complex, Peshawar.
The six days long National Bank KP junior squash championship 2018 continue in full swing at the PAF Hashim Khan Squash Complex, Peshawar in which a total of 150 squash players are participating in four different age- group categories.
In the under-17 semifinal, Noor Zaman produced a skillful game to thrashed third seed Rashid Doulat by 3-1. Noor gave tough time to Rashid in the first set as he did not allow him to play freely and won the set by 11-3. Noor Zaman played well and after losing the second set, staged a strong comeback and won two consecutive sets with score 11-7,12-10 to adavced into the final.
In the second semifinal of u-17 category, Hamza Sharif outplayed Muhammad Saqib Iqbal by 3-1 to book berth into the final of under-17 with the score line of 10-12,11-5,13-11,11-6.
Today, Noor Zaman will face Hamza Sharif in the final clash at 3:00PM.
In the u-15 category Abbas Nawaz and Afaq Khan marvelously defeated their respective opponents to advance into the final of National Bank KP junior squash championship.
