65 students from Gwadar participate in Pakistan Navy Sailing Camp 2021

Pakistan Navy Sailing Camp wrapped up successfully after a colorful closing ceremony held at Gwadar Port.

The camp organized for local children under the auspices of the Pakistan Navy in collaboration with the Government of Baluchistan, Naval Anchorage Gwadar, Mir Abdul Ghafoor Kalmati welfare trust and pearl continental hotel Gwadar.

A total of 65 students from different local schools of Gwadar participated in a week-long event.

In the week long training camp school children of 10 to 16 years of age trained on three different kind of boats in which 06 Laser boats, 06 Optimist boats and 03 wind surfer boats were included.

A sailing race, competition also conducted at the end of the camp.

The special commander West Rear Admiral Jawad Ahmed graced the closing ceremony as chief guest and distributed prizes among the winners.
