KPK Cycling Association shortlists candidates for KP U-21 Games

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cycling Association has announced the names of the short-listed cyclists for the upcoming Khyber Pakhtunkhwa U 21 Inter-Regional Games which will be held in April of this year.

Currently the Inter-Tehsil games are in full swing in all 127 Tehsils.

The player trials for the Peshawar Regional Team for the Inter-Regional competitions in the series of U-21 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been completed. The cycling trials were held on the Northern Bypass which saw the participation of more than 100 cyclists from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Districts Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Mohmand and Khyber District.

The trials were held in 14-km scratch road races and 14 km individual time trials after which Zabi, Akh, Arshad, Irshad, Irshad, Mohammad Jamil, Hakimullah, Yousuf and Shah Zeb Khan made the cut.

President KP Cycling Association Nisar Ahmad announced the names while talking to media and expressed hope that the cyclists would give good result in the forthcoming event like they had in the past.

Nisar Ahmad, Sarmad Shabab, Akhtar, Mohammad Ali, Ajazur Rehman were the officials and time keepers for the trials.
