Islamabad crown the winner of Pak-Turk North Region Futsal Championship

Islamabad Futsal Team made Lahore team suffer the loss of the final game by crushing the losing team to claim a convincing 5-0 victory. Players of the winning team were seen racing and launching themselves at the ball to score for their side and kept the control of the ball in their feet with Zamir and Fahad Najeeb who netted-past opponent team players and scored two goals each crushing their team towards the victory the championship. Haroon slammed the winning goal making his team remain unbeaten throughout the match.   

The winning team’s Hassan was named the star goal-keeper along with Farman of Peshawar declared the best player of the championship.

Pakistan Sports Board, Assistant Director, Ghulam Taqi was the chief guest on the occasion who gave away trophies, medals and certificated to the winning players as well as the participants.

Pak-Turk College Islamabad’s Principal, Mr. Zeeshan Azad, Secretary General, Pakistan Futsal Federation, Adnan Malik, Sports Coordinator, Adnan Sami were among the notable presence at the occasion.

This championship featured a total of four regional teams who were seen competing against each other in the matches played into the championship.
