Kashmir, Sahiwal made it to the Quarterfinal of Super Kabaddi League
Kashmir Jaanbaz and Sahiwal Bulls outplayed their opponents in the pool eliminators to confirm their place in the quarterfinal of Super Kabaddi League at Nishtar Sports Complex, Lahore.
On the sixth day of Super Kabaddi League, Sahiwal Bulls qualified for the quarterfinal after defeating Lahore Thunder in the first pool eliminator while Kashmir Jaanbaaz from pool B qualified for the quarter final after defeating Islamabad All Stars in the second eliminator.
The first eliminator of Pool A was played between Sahiwal Bulls and Lahore Thunder where Bulls played marvelously as they comfortably took the lead by 34-13 and did not allowed Lahore Thunder to play freely. In the second half Thunder bounced back and started playing aggressively but Bulls further enhance the lead by 45-37 to win the match and confirmed their berth in the quarterfinal. The bottom most team Lahore Thunder eliminated from the pool A as won the only one match during the league.
In the second eliminator, Kashmir Jaanbaz won the match to avoid the pool elimination as they defeated Islamabad All Stars in a close tough fight and move into the quarterfinal of super kabaddi league. Islamabad All star who won the only one match during the league, fought hard to get the safe position but the match ended in Kashmir’s favor as they won the fight by 36-31.
