Gwadar, Sahiwal, Peshawar, Faisalabad win Super Kabaadi openers
Gwadar, Sahiwal, Peshawar and Faisalabad defeated their opponents to win the opening day fixtures of Super Kabaddi league at Al Hamra Cultural Complex, Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Gwadar Bahadurs and Gujrat Warriors kabaddi teams played the opening match of Super Kabaddi League where Bahadurs showed great kabaddi skills and defeated Warriors by a margin of just 3 points with a final score of 34-31 in a thrilling competition of Pool A.
The second encounter of the opening day was played between Sahiwal Bulls and Lahore Thunder where Sahiwal Bulls from Pool A played marvelously as they outplayed the Lahori pehalwans in a one sided encounter by 38-26 to win the opening day match of Super Kabaddi league.
In the third fixture, strong Peshawar’s pehalwans did not allowed Islamabad All Stars to play freely as Peshawar Haider outclassed Islamabad by a margin of 9 points with a final score of 35-26 in the first Pool B match.
The final encounter of the opening day of Super Kabaddi league was played between Kashmir Janbaazs and Faisalabad Sherdils where Sherdils played confidently and easily defeated Janbaazs of Kashmir by 40-24.
