President PCF Syed Azhar Ali Shah becomes President of South Asia Cycling Association

President Pakistan Cycling Federation Syed Azhar Ali Shah has been elected as President South Asia Cycling Association.

President Pakistan Cycling Federation Syed Azhar Ali Shah has been elected as President of South Asia Cycling Association.

In the sideline of ACC general counsel meeting in Dubai, a meeting of South Asian cycling Assocation has been held. The meeting attended by five members countries out of seven i.e Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Sri Lanka and the Maldives were absent. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Parmandar Singh President Indian cycling federation who hold the Presidentship of South Asian Cycling Association from last four years. The meeting discussed a number of matters related to development of sport of Cycling in the region. The meeting awarded South Asian Road cycling championship ( M/w) to Pakistan,

Mountain Bike Championship has been awarded to Nepal and Track Championship awarded to India for the year 2021.

 The meeting unanimously elected Syed Azhar Ali Shah of Pakistan as President of South Asia Cycling Assocation (SACA) for four years. The meeting also elected four Vice President as per following:

  1.MuhammadTahir(Bangladesh),

2.Minder Singh (India),

3.karunartna ( Srilanka)

4. (Maldives)

Gopal S L kakshapli (Nepal) has been elected as General Secretary and Mr. Fasli from Afghanistan Elected as Finance Secretary.
