Hyderabad Mirpurkhas 3-2 to lift Defence Day Volleyball title

Sindh Games Association(SGA) organized the Defence Day Volleyball tournament, which wrapped up effectively.

Hyderabad Division scraped past Mirpurkhas 3-2 in an exciting final to win the Defence Day Volleyball title.

Prolific spikers Saddam Hussain, who is also captain of Hyderabad team, and Azizullah were splendid on the court and were cheered by the sizeable crowd who appreciated the firmly battled final.

Later chief guest, Israr-ul-Hasan Abidi who is Secretary SGA, presented the winner’s trophy to Hyderabad. He lauded SGA President Mudassar Arain for his gigantic endeavors for the promotion of sports and for holding the Sindh Games next month.

The chief organiser of the event was Amir Kifayat and Khaleeq-uz-Zaman. Also present on the occasion was Rehana Bhatti, President of Sports and Culture Federation in Hyderabad among other conspicuous personalities.
