Ghazi club bags 5th Abdul Razak Arain Rocball Tournament 2019

Ghazi Club grabbed the trophy of 5th Abdul Razak Arain Rocball Tournament 2019 which was organised by Pakistan Rocball Federation(R) & Sindh Rocball Association(R) in collaboration with Sindh Sports Board here at Mini Sports Complex, Nazimabad Karachi.

Ghazi club overpowered Bahria United by 2-1 sets to seals the title of 5th Abdul Razak Arain Rocball Tournament 2019 with the final score line of 15-13, 12-15, 15-14. The final match was supervised by Shoaib Ahmed and Sarfarz Ahmed National Umpire of Pakistan Rocball Federation.

Obid from Bahria United was declared best goal keeper of the tournament while Spiker from City Sports nominated as best player who scored 6 goals.

Akram Rana, Rana Textile & Saeed Ahmed Arain Chairmen Pakistan Rocball Federation was the chief guest in closing ceremony and Ms Ume Laila Kalsoom General Secretary Pakistan Rocball Federation to presented shields and Sindh Ajrak & Sindh cap to chief guests.

Chief guest distributed prizes to the Winner, Runners-up and third Position teams given the cash prizes Rs.150000, Trophies, Medals, Certificates and gift hampers to Team Captain, Guests, and T-Officials.

Ms. Ume Laila Kasloom General Secretary Pakistan Rocball Federation announce that the PRF is organizing the National Rocball Championship 2019 at Lahore in the month of August after that Pakistan Rocball Team would participate in Asian Rocball Men & Women Championship 2019 at Bangladesh from 20 to 24 November.

Maqbool Arain S.V. President PRF thanked the Guests, Officials, Players and specifically the Print Media & Electronic Media. As many as 20 different clubs and departmental teams participated in this mega event. Draws were divided four Pools (A-B-C-D).
